Better engagement from leadership. They seem to take a very hands-off approach with people.

The ability to work cross-functionally is great - really helps me understand our product better.

Working remotely is exhausting and there is little sense of community beyond the people I work day to day with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Practicing what they preach - they talk a lot about building a strong company culture but do not take an active role themselves in building it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company is starting to take DEI efforts seriously, but the efforts are still largely being driven by POC, women, and other minorities who are not in leadership. Would like to see more engagement from leadership and people who identify as straight, white men - DEI is not just a minority's work.
