What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager asked alot of questions about myself and what I think Pet Valu is about.

The level of openess and information provided
It was straight forward, but it wasn't super rigid. The manager was relaxed, which helped me to relax. The questions led me to dig deeper into my own professional experience, but they weren't loaded, or trick questions.
Basic information and knowledge given about job duties, opportunities, scheduling etc. Quick and to the point but friendly
Very friendly and inclusive, could tell the manager was a happy person
Hired on the spot even for a management position
