What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team is transparent, always helping maintain a small company feel even as we scale. They make inclusive decisions, and always put our customers and mission first.
I appreciate that the leadership is transparent with areas the company is doing well in as well as where we need improvement. I also appreciate the down-to-earth and approachable culture our leadership team has cultivated.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture of kindness and willingness to collaborate and help colleagues at all times.
There isn't a feeling of ego at Petal and that makes a huge impact on the heart of the work, the ability to admit things that aren't going well and the capacity to continue to iterate and change for the better. It's also way less pressure and lets employees be themselves!

What did you like most about the interview process?
That we have culture interviews, where members of the company outside of the hiring team are given an opportunity to interview prospective hires.
