If you are unsure about the fit of a style, be sure to read the Details & Fiton each style page before placing your order. Look for terms such as “generous” or “tailored” fit to help you decide which size will work best for you. We also make recommendations to size up or down on certain items.

  • Yes, we do. We will wrap your entire order in our Peter Millar packaging - including a personalized gift note for $5. If you'd like to apply this service to your order, please make sure to select that your order is a gift during the checkout process and our team will take care of the rest.

    Please note that sport coats, shoes, and golf bags are not eligible for gift wrapping.

  • All items from our Collegiate Collection (excluding belts and key fobs) require five (5) business days for the embroidery process. Please note that processing time will remain five (5) business daysregardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

    Selecting an expedited shipping method will only increase the transit time of the order, not the processing time necessary to complete the request.

    Orders will ship once complete, meaning if your order contains embroidered and non-embroidered items your entire order will ship after the embroidery has been applied.

  • In order to redeem your store credit make sure that you are logged into your petermillar.com account. Once logged in, shop the website as normal and add any items you would like to purchase to your cart. Upon reaching the checkout page, your store credit will automatically be deprecated from the total due. The deduction may be found on the right hand side of the checkout page, where your total is listed.

  • Our collegiate offerings dependon individual licensing agreements with each college or university. The locations of the embroidery and school logos are put in place ahead of time and cannot be modified. Per our agreements with our partners, Peter Millar Tour and Crown logos cannot be applied to any products in our Collegiate Collection.

  • Once an order has reached a certain point in processing it cannot be modified or cancelled. Therefore, order cancellation or modification requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order must be modified or cancelled, please call our Customer Care Team at (888) 926-0255 as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We at Peter Millar would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Items eligible for returns cannot be washed, worn or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from Peter Millar stores or third-party retailers (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, golf shops or specialty retail stores).

    Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

    Sale-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

    Custom embroidered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes items embroidered with the Peter Millar logo.

    Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

    Return Postage is provided in each shipment and your return shipment can be dropped off at any USPS or FedEx location. Please note that using the provided label will deduct a $6.50 return postage fee from your refund amount. For expedited return delivery service, drop off your package at FedEx.

  • Unfortunately, petermillar.com is unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, golf shops or specialty retail stores) or Peter Millar stores. Items must be returned or exchanged through the original place of purchase.

  • If using the SmartPost return label provided in your order, the transit time for return shipments can vary based on the drop-off location.

    For packages dropped off with USPS, the average transit time is ten (10) business days.

    For packages dropped off directly with FedEx, the average transit time is five (5) business days.

    Our distribution center is located in Durham, North Carolina. Transit times for orders with Standard shippingare reflected in the map below. For example, if an order is placedbefore 10:30am EST and is shipping to Dallas, Texasthe package is expected to arrive in three business days.

    Overnight or 2-Day Shipping

    In order to qualify for same-day shipping, all Overnight or 2-Day orders must be placed by 10:30am EST. Any orders containing collegiate or embroidery items are not eligible for same-day shipping.

    Orders with Overnight shipping selected upon checkout will arrive the following business day, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. Overnight shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

    Orders with 2-Day shipping selected will arrive in two business days, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. 2-Day shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

    P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

    P.O Boxes are subject toextended transit time outside of the Standard window displayed above. We will accommodate P.O Box customers for orders that weigh more than one pound due to weight requirements set by the U.S. Postal Service.

    We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Our Soft Coats are intended for more casual wear throughout the spring and summer seasons. They are unstructured and unlined and are sometimes comprised of Linen.

    Our Sport Coats are structured and lined, and can be worn for formal and informal occasions throughout the year. Sport Coats are usually comprised mainly of Wool, and sometimes include Silk and Cashmere for additional softness.

However, if a gift card is redeemed online, the full amount must be used on petermillar.com.
