What are some of the best things about your team?I have the most passionate coworkers, who all believe in the mission of our brand and products, and the good we can do for pets everywhere. They are trusting of me and my team and understanding of bandwidths. They are friends and people I can have fun with both during and outside of work.
What makes you most happy at work? The work that I am doing. It feels like I am making a real difference at this company and I love what I get to do during the day to day.
What do you like best about the leadership team? They are very accessible and it's a "no ego" culture - so really refreshing to be able to talk directly to leadership when needed vs filtering through layers of middle management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am not fairly compensated for my role and responsibilities and have been sought out and offered a higher salary. What is currently keeping me is the mission of our brand and products.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm aware that the base salary for my type of position with my level of experience is about $10K higher than what i'm making here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I know there is a lot of work being done to make our pay competitive and it gets a little tricky with equity payouts, etc. but even with the recent work done in this area, my base pay is still well below average for my role, years of experience, and location.
