Horrible. KPIs are impossible and constantly being raised. Management berates and insults colleagues instead of support them. Training is all online which means visual and physical learners can't actually learn anything from it. Whole company is just a giant mess focused on nothing but targets.

Horrible, KPIs constantly being increased when nobody in store can hit them in the first place. Management does nothing but insult and degrade colleagues which brings everybody's mood down for the day. Training is not up to par and its difficult for people who are physical learners to learn there.

Motivating, training and talking to colleagues. Training is non existent, and colleagues are berated and talked down upon instead of encouraged to hit targets.

Sometimes you get vouchers, you don't really get anything

Colleagues are generally all very friendly and nice to each other but the management is aggressive and petty

The colleagues are very supportive of each other but management is very aggressive and petty. They don't help colleagues if they do something wrong just insult them

You get to spend some time with the colleagues during the process too which helps you get to know more about the work environment.

Management needs to be taught how to actually lead a team. Training needs to actually be given instead of fed to you online as a lot of people can't learn things just through online training and need to actually be shown properly. KPIs are unreasonable and need to be lowered.
