Mr. Jonathan Walters serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Technology Services at PFSweb, Inc. and served as its Vice President. Mr. Walters has been with PFSweb since March 1999. He leads PFSweb's global client implementation group responsible for client project delivery including the onboarding of new clients and the implementation of new client solutions. He headed up global customer care operations with facilities in Texas, Tennessee, the Philippines and Canada. He has also served in various positions in IT and Client Services throughout the organization. Before joining PFSweb, he held leadership positions with PageNet, Roadway Logistics Systems, Baxter Healthcare and Texas Instruments. Mr. Walters achieved a Bachelor's of Business Degree with majors in both Management Information Systems and Business Logistics from New Mexico State University in 1992.
