Nothing at all at all
I am paid commensurate with my skills, abilities, role responsibilities and am confident I am at market rate.
They require you to do work outside of your scheduled work hours and make you turn it in the next day which should be paid time and it wasn't.
Not acknowledged for the work I got done
They reduce pay once your hired permanent. How does that make sense? No over time offered in year here, either. There is a pandemic and instead of appreciating and responding to the changing workforce, they use it as leverage instead
Depending on where you sit under Pfsweb operations the jobS are better supported. Under delivery unfortunately it is very disorganized, competing and conflicting department management is a problem. Sales will sell projects at any cost so delivery team members are overworked and under appreciated

individual teams can be very organized, if you're lucky you get one - my current one is. there is an attempt to organize routine deliverables and work assessments within the authority dept leads are given. Non management team members are usually very easy to work with despite mostly remote status.
