Mr. Thomas J. Madden, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of PFSweb Inc. since its inception in 1999 and has been its Executive Vice President since 1999. Mr. Madden served as the Chief Financial Officer of Daisytek from 1997 to 2000. He served as Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer of Daisytek from 1994 to 2000. Mr. Madden served as Controller of Daisytek from 1992 to 1994. From 1983 to 1992, Mr. Madden served in various capacities with Arthur Andersen & Co., S.C., including Financial Consulting and Audit Manager. Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from The University of Illinois.
