PGA Tour takes an advantage of independent contractor by paying a monthly fee rather than per work base and forces them to work certain hours which is illegal
The culture here is bad. They promote people who are yes people over people who should be promoted on rheir skill and merit. They also claim to be inclusive but continue to show that its all a front. They dont about inclusion.
Its moderately challenging which keeps it interesting
