I would say based on my part employment there they are at the top of any list for innovation
What's the work from home policy like at PGM?
it's a manufacturing company, so I doubt that it would happen. There was one time it did, a guy who was a CNC programmer had back surgery. So when he got out of the hospital the Company let him take home an old laptop so he could write programs from home for CNC machines. But that's the only one I know of.
What kind of people succeed at PGM?
Who can succeed, the person who shows up everyday, does what is expected of them with effort to do more, the initiative to suggest ideas that may improve the process of making a part. Must have excellent attention to detail because of the type of work they do, you have to ask questions if you don't know something, that's why they have the engineers there.
