We are highly underpaid per market value. PTO accrual is lower than any previous job that I have had. Insurance premiums and deductibles/out of pocket max are high. There are very few "community perks" such as gym memberships, cell phone discounts, etc.

Base pay in comparison to todays economic market can be rough for someone who is supporting a family when on hourly wage. However, given the work done; it is also not far from fair pay either, and I am happy with the current pay range regardless.

We are severely under paid for the work that we do. We make the same per hour as employees at Walmart yet we are working with patients and manage expensive and life saving medications every day.

Give more vacation days per year
Company growth has been great, however inflation has majorly affected cost of living, and pay increases did not reflect that percentage. An applicable master's degree also did not increase compensation despite increase in responsibilities.
