Better training and better communication
Be transparent with your employees. If you're not, we will not be transparent with you.
Being leaders. They are bad at this.
Horrible health insurance, not enough sickleave or pay time off.
We have significantly less benefits than other companies/start ups and can't hire/retain talent because of it.
Value contributions of various team members
Attempt to collaborate with each other
Company needs to facilitate communication between teams. CEO values "heads down" work and this propagates company-wide because of it. Lack of communication has cost us millions of dollars and employee firing.

Poor communication and limited listening
Need to reduce turnover and listen
CEO doesn't care about employees; as long as the minimum viable product can live on, he willl not hesitate to fire loyal, hard-working individuals. There's a remote executive team that is extremely out of touch with the teams they are in charge of.
