Manager was definitely the problem. Enjoyed the job. However, the people were very catty. Managers lack of confidence was apparent when she made choices of who "deserved" to move forward. What i thought was a strong team ended up being a joke. Several people have issues with this manager.

Bring paid based on knowledge, education, and work performance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Soft skills. Being a true leader who placed people in positions based on their work and strengths. Leading by example and treating teams with respect.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'm very transparent. Most of the team was very pleasant and helpful. The select few were very shady and quick to step over others while feigning innocence when asked straight out. Very high schoolish which was disappointing in a "professional" setting.
