The select few were very shady and quick to step over others while feigning innocence when asked straight out. Very high schoolish which was disappointing in a "professional" setting.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Bring paid based on knowledge, education, and work performance.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Soft skills. Being a true leader who placed people in positions based on their work and strengths. Leading by example and treating teams with respect.
