Brian Mandell — Senior Vice President of Commercial Group at Phillips66

Mr. Brian Mandell has been Senior Vice President of Commercial Group at Phillips 66 since November 01, 2016. Mr. Mandell has 25 years of experience in a variety of marketing, commercial and midstream roles. He served as the President of Global Marketing for Phillips 66 and served as Global Trading Lead of Clean Products, Commercial. Prior to joining Phillips 66 in May 2012, he worked for ConocoPhillips as Manager of U.S. Gasoline Trading since 2011. He served in the Commercial NGL group and served as Manager of NGL Trading and Manager of Processing Assets and Business Development since 2006. Mr. Mandell began his career with Conoco in 1991 working in various Marketing roles across the U.S. In 1998, he transferred to the Commercial organization as a Market Analyst and subsequently worked in a variety of trading roles including derivatives and clean products trading. He has been a Director of DCP Midstream GP, LLC since May 2015. He serves as an Advisory Board Member of Child Advocates He served as a Board Member of The Petrochemical Feedstock Association of the Americas. Mr. Mandell attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1986 and an MBA in 1990.
