Mr. Kevin J. Mitchell has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at Phillips 66 since January 01, 2016. Mr. Mitchell leads the Phillips 66's treasury, accounting, auditing, tax and information technology operations. He has been Vice President of Phillips 66 Partners GP LLC since January 1, 2016. Mr. Mitchell served as the Chief Financial Officer at Phillips 66 Partners GP LLC from January 1, 2016 to August 16, 2017. Mr. Mitchell joined Phillips 66 and Phillips 66 Partners GP LLC in September 2014 as Vice President of Investor Relations. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance roles within the oil and gas industry. He served as Vice President of Exploration, Production, Strategy, Administration and Technical Services at ConocoPhillips from May 2009 to April 2010. Mr. Mitchell also served as General Manager of Upstream Finance, Strategy and Planning, Exploration & Production of ConocoPhillips. Prior to joining Phillips 66, Mr. Mitchell served as the General Auditor of ConocoPhillips from May 2010 to September 2014. Mr. Mitchell joined Conoco in 1991 and held a variety of finance and accounting positions with Conoco and ConocoPhillips, including General Manager of Upstream Finance, Strategy and Planning; Vice President of Finance and Administration for ConocoPhillips Alaska; and Manager of Treasury Services. He has been a Director at DCP Midstream, LLC since February 25, 2016. He has been a Director of Phillips 66 Partners Gp Llc since January 06, 2016. Mr. Mitchell is a Certified Internal Auditor and a fellow with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
