They are pretty good at getting back to you, but some language regarding promotional periods is confusing

The benefits were good and low cost

What did you like most about the interview process?
Had individual and group interviews. They want the best people and want to ensure you will be a good fit.
So I had to panels of 3 people each which gives you an opportunity to connect with many and then they can discuss what they like or did not like. I actually did not get the job I interviewed for it was given to an internal candidate but the panel liked me and asked if I would be take another
The tour was the best part. It allowed me to get excited about my jib.

What makes you most happy at work?
As the perspectives of people change on what energy really provides, Phillips 66 value will keep rising.
Great vision, and plans for the future to provide energy to help improve lives for everyone. A lot of people complain about fossil fuels, but if you really think about what you would do without, quality of life, convenience and prosperity, we can't do it without energy.

So not only is the building a great work environment but we have so many accommodations. Fooda, gym, doctor, dentist, shoe shine, hair salon etc etc
What do you like best about your company?
Headquarters are nice and everything I need is in my corporate building.
