Mr. Timothy D. Roberts, also known as Tim, has been an Executive Vice President of Marketing and Commercial at Phillips 66 since January 5, 2017. Mr. Roberts served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Phillips 66 since March 30, 2016 until January 5, 2017. Mr. Roberts served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Phillips 66 Partners GP LLC since April 2016. He has more than 30 years of experience in strategy, operations, commercial and joint ventures in the oil and gas and chemical industries. He served as an Executive Vice President of Global Olefins & Polyolefins at LyondellBasell Industries N.V. from January 20, 2015 to January 14, 2016 and served as its Member of Management Board since April 2014. He served as an Executive Vice President of Olefins & Polyolefins - Americas of LyondellBasell Industries N.V. from October 1, 2013 to January 20, 2015. He served as a Senior Vice President of Olefins and Polyolefins - Americas at LyondellBasell Industries N.V. from June 3, 2011 to October 1, 2013. Mr. Roberts served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Americas Styrenics LLC since 2007. He served as General Manager of Styrenics for Chevron Phillips Chemical Co. LLC. He joined Chevron Phillips Chemical in 2000 as Country Manager and General Manager in Doha, Qatar. He served as Polyethylene Marketing Manager for the Americas In 1999. In 2004, he was named General Manager of Chevron Phillips Chemical's Worldwide Specialty Chemical business and in 2006, he was named General Manager of Worldwide Styrenics. He joined Phillips Petroleum in 1987 as a salesperson in Chicago, Illinois. In 1990, he became a product coordinator of polyethylene and polypropylene in Houston, Texas. He moved to Qatar Chemical Company, a CPChem and Qatar Petroleum joint venture, as the country manager based out of Qatar. In 1994, he was named Business Manager for Worldwide Polyethylene. He has been a Director of Phillips 66 Partners GP LLC since April 7, 2016. Mr. Roberts served as a Director of Capital Projects in Corporate Planning and Development. Mr. Roberts received B.S. in Marketing from Ball State University in 1983.
