What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is okay but often do things and say things that do not better people's days. Some have ignored employees concerns and situations have escalated to dangerous degrees. They are sometimes harsh in how they speak to other employees and make others do work they don't want to do.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Show up for work on time
Home Office team needs to improve their understanding of what happens at the store level instead of just blindly implementing policies and not considering how employees are affected; they need to fulfill their mission statement of "bettering days" throughout the whole company, not just Home Office

Cost of living increase for starters
I feel like we all do a great job coexisting eith eachother while also keeping our numbers up. I just wish we were acknowledged for our hard work instead of just noticing where we can work better

They have showed no interest in my opinions on the company mor do they pay me much more than. Minimum wage, even after 2 years and a promotion
Our pay starts at minimum wage, but we are expected to do more than what a minimum wage worker would have to do (i.e., focus on developing certain competencies). I personal feel undervalued because I work much harder than others (particularly those in the office) but I am not recognized for my work

All of the shift leads work together in harmony. We do the best we can with the situations we are given

for the most part teams are good, other than the people who are too young to be effective leaders yet somehow they are.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Your job is to make soneones day better and grow
The most positive thing is the interactions with guests when it is NOT busy, when it is busy, everyone is tense and often snap at guests.
