At the Folsom and Beale location they allowed very sick employees go to work with immunocompromised employees and caused a huge outbreak of sickness. They left the cold food and cream deliveries out in room temp spaces for up to 3 hours after delivery or longer. There is also bullying.

I like that they look at each employee as a human first, not just their resume.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is the interactions with guests when it is NOT busy, when it is busy, everyone is tense and often snap at guests.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is okay but often do things and say things that do not better people's days. Some have ignored employees concerns and situations have escalated to dangerous degrees. They are sometimes harsh in how they speak to other employees and make others do work they don't want to do.
