Best thing about the team were the people who were employed 3 years and under. They didn't seem to be a part of the toxic culture.
Everyone is in clicks if your not in there friend group they treat you like trash. Lot of employee turn over.

Improve teamwork, stop bullying, increase level of prefessionalism.
Get better staff to educate new staff and treat the pcts with respect. Make the nurses do dirty work for once instead of sitting and playing on there cell phones.
