If you don't know someone you will stay in the same position. Pay sucks, always short staffed.

I've been a nurse for 10 years and this place was literally the worst. I had anxiety going to work everyday. Lots of bullying, a lack of diversity, and was blamed for not correcting the physicians orders. It was awful and low key gave me PTSD.

Awful. You have to fight to be trained properly and the management does not listen to your concerns. Hostile work environment hence the employee turnover. Not all its hyped up to be. If your a PCT expect to have 48 patients and work yourselves to the bone.

Support, and hold people accountable for their actions

The leadership teams needs to pay attention to what is really going on down below, especially with organizational ethics.

Everything! Treating pcts like human beings and better people to train you.

Best thing about the team were the people who were employed 3 years and under. They didn't seem to be a part of the toxic culture.

Everyone is in clicks if your not in there friend group they treat you like trash. Lot of employee turn over.

Improve teamwork, stop bullying, increase level of prefessionalism.

Get better staff to educate new staff and treat the pcts with respect. Make the nurses do dirty work for once instead of sitting and playing on there cell phones.

The rep was helpful and worked around my schedule

Interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable about that position.

Did a video interview. Didn't even meet my boss for a month and it was in passing.

Every other Thursday is pay day and helping families

Taking care of children is by far the best part of my job.

What made me happiest were the good coworkers.

Don't care. They need to figure that out.
