What did you like most about the interview process?
The strange questions and the fact that everyone was very laid back.
It was fair and honest.
I didn't go through a typical interview process like most everyone else. I started as an intern and worked my way up through the family.
It was a technical exercise, a conversation with management, and then a get-to-know-you with the entire team to see if it's a cultural fit. All were very relaxed and informative.
It was very fast and enjoyable. I myself was nervous but they made me feel like one of the family even during the interview.
I took an art test, as I was interviewing for a position as an illustrator, which was fun in itself. The team members I met were fun, informal and welcoming.
