A great place to work and what we do benefits so many more then just ourselves.

Picmonic has been a blessing to me. In the four years I've worked here, I've grown immensely in almost every aspect of life. Working with this empowering, knowledgeable team has changed my life forever.

Since joining, I have grown personally and professionally thanks to the people and culture of the company. There have been many opportunities elsewhere, some much more lucrative, but the support and camaraderie and efficiency at this company is priceless, and I'd never give that up.

Absolutely positive. From day one I felt part of the family, they have been receptive and encouraging to all of my personal life things. I love it so much I still work here 5 years later!

They have always been, fair, honest, and open. They have always worked with me if anything has ever come up and have always been open to feedback and change.

They care about the team at work and outside of work. Picmonic feels like a family rather than a company.

I think I'm paid very well for my position.

Insurance benefits are the best part of the compensation package.

Pay is good for sure. Benefits fully covered. There is never a question about time off or vacation or working from home when needed.

There's no great solution for benefits at a company this size in this day and age. I believe they've done the best they can with the situation they are in, and I'm happy with that.

They are all characters. I mean they all have unique personalities and feel comfortable expressing themselves.

The team are more then just co-workers were family. Everyone is there if anyone needs anything.

We aren't just co-workers; we're a family. We all look forward to seeing each other every day and creating empowering content and platforms for today's learners.

We're a family. Everyone communicates effectively and everyone pulls their weight. I get sad when I go too long without seeing them!

Everyone is very fun, positive, hardworking and collaborative. Not to mention very open to constructive criticism and willing to help.

The milestone celebrations. I like that there is a team goal as opposed to an individual goal. Individual goals encourage individualism whereas team goals seem to encourage success as a team.

Everyone enjoys making jokes and having a great time. People are always helpful and willing to listen and learn.

We're all family. We look forward to showing up every day and no one ever complains. Instead of complaining, we help each other out and have each other's backs. Picmonic is my home.

We balance the fun with the serious, we all work together, no one is wasting anyone else's time.

The company culture is very welcoming and warm, and you just always love being at work. Our leadership goes out of their way to make work fun and rewarding for us, and are even willing to pay out of their own pocket for it.

The strange questions and the fact that everyone was very laid back.

It was fair and honest.

I didn't go through a typical interview process like most everyone else. I started as an intern and worked my way up through the family.

It was a technical exercise, a conversation with management, and then a get-to-know-you with the entire team to see if it's a cultural fit. All were very relaxed and informative.

It was very fast and enjoyable. I myself was nervous but they made me feel like one of the family even during the interview.

When I get a chance to accomplish my tasks and achieve my goals uninterrupted. The days that I have a lot of meetings are tough but those gems of days where I just get to put on headphones and go to work are amazing.

I love that what I do for a living gets to help so many students and genuinely makes a positive impact in their lives.

My co-workers. They're the best. Having them around makes tackling problems and devising solutions enjoyable and effective. Nothing is off limits, we are transparent and can handle criticism.

The people. When you're surrounded by people who you love and get along with, even the worst days just feel like a hurdle you will all face (and clear) together.

Positive coworkers, encouraging leadership, and being able to set my own pace. As well as being trusted to be a self-starter.
