The milestone celebrations. I like that there is a team goal as opposed to an individual goal. Individual goals encourage individualism whereas team goals seem to encourage success as a team.

Everyone enjoys making jokes and having a great time. People are always helpful and willing to listen and learn.

We're all family. We look forward to showing up every day and no one ever complains. Instead of complaining, we help each other out and have each other's backs. Picmonic is my home.

We balance the fun with the serious, we all work together, no one is wasting anyone else's time.

The company culture is very welcoming and warm, and you just always love being at work. Our leadership goes out of their way to make work fun and rewarding for us, and are even willing to pay out of their own pocket for it.

Although I enjoy the work I do very much, I attribute my enjoyment to the people I work with. Their help and the fun they bring has made the past 5 years amazing.

It's a really tight knit crew and we take our survivor and bachelor fantasy leagues very seriously, haha. I think my favorite thing is that the culture is pretty much the opposite of an uptight corporate one.

We aren't managed. We are led and supervised.
