What did you like most about the interview process? The strange questions and the fact that everyone was very laid back.
What makes you most happy at work? When I get a chance to accomplish my tasks and achieve my goals uninterrupted. The days that I have a lot of meetings are tough but those gems of days where I just get to put on headphones and go to work are amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The milestone celebrations. I like that there is a team goal as opposed to an individual goal. Individual goals encourage individualism whereas team goals seem to encourage success as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? There's no great solution for benefits at a company this size in this day and age. I believe they've done the best they can with the situation they are in, and I'm happy with that.
