Great i enjoy working here

A very cold and cruel place to work. The place burns through employees like firewood, they use lots of deception in their training programs, old grumpy toxic to work with geezers refuse to leave even though they hate working there, and the incompetant management does not listen to the employees

Upper management tends to give themselves large bonuses off the backs of their employees. Never sharing the wealth and if they do it's a minute fraction of what upper management is getting.

I was fired even though i had an excuse

This company has a coal mine era culture of "live and die for the company" and it's incredibly unhealthy. The hours are terrible and you are expected to be on-call 24/7. Working 60+ hours a week without overtime or additional benefits is normal. Stay away from this company.

The unfair treatment between management and floor workers.

The workers that have been here for a while are we still willing to pass along their skills, however they're finding it very frustrating to stay and are leaving to go to other companies like Gulfstream.

My co workers are too toxic and emit too much toxicity from time to time because they hate their job

Pierce operates like a high school where gossip, drama, and harassment are allowed without punishment, particularly when the offender is a more tenured employee. Coworkers are Pierce act childish.

Diversity in leaders, but process was very lengthy

Their positive attitude towards the company and myself.
