The workers that have been here for a while are we still willing to pass along their skills, however they're finding it very frustrating to stay and are leaving to go to other companies like Gulfstream.

Communication with us on things

My co workers are too toxic and emit too much toxicity from time to time because they hate their job

Pierce operates like a high school where gossip, drama, and harassment are allowed without punishment, particularly when the offender is a more tenured employee. Coworkers are Pierce act childish.
