Provide comprehensive care that doesn't keep each soecialty isolated. Also, when a patient has a need being expressed and it cannot be delievered, do not wait until the 12th call, 5th message, and over a month or two later to tell them it is not allowed or cannot be done. Improve patient service.
Doctors are good. But the office managers and staff are uneducated, under trained, and don't even know the existence of an extra mile.
