I met with several team members across the organization. I would say the entire process was roughly 3 weeks from start to finish.

How do you handle situations where you are told what to build?
What's the vibe like in the Product dept at PINCHme? How many hours are you working?
Typically 45-50 hours a week and maybe some extra time when needed. Very solid regular working hours and the demand is pretty flexible so far.
What's the Product team like at PINCHme?
It's being developed - there's currently one product manager who sits in Product-Engineering. It's very much a flexible environment.
How's the leadership on the Product team at PINCHme?
There's a senior product manager at this time, who sits in Engineering.

There's a good amount of gender and racial diversity. It's a very open, friendly environment.
