What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are offered an excellent compensation package. We are reimbursed for some of our monthly wellness fees and the company offers some amazing benefits.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is a team player. We all know what we need to do to get the job done and will go above and beyond to get there. Everyone wants to see the company succeed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How friendly and helpful everyone is to one another.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
You can work at your own pace as long as things get done. Everyone has a different style for how they do things, and the company encourages its employees to find that style and do whatever works best for them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed meeting with several different people in the company. I got to learn about the different positions and ask lots of different questions.
