Positive Reviews From PineBridge Investments Employees

  • What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are good and respectful of each other. There is a general attitude of wanting the team to succeed collectively. Issues with the team are caused by management.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is the strongest attribute at PineBridge. The firm environment is pleasant and the office is very inviting and modern. Everyone is generally really nice so makes coming into work a pleasant experience. Office politics exist mostly with certain team managers but overall great culture.
  • What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues across different teams. It is easy to know people across different departments and the firm makes an effort to connect people across offices around the globe. Technology and resources are a bit thin but when you work with good people it makes the unbearable easier to ignore.

Constructive Feedback From PineBridge Investments Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below market rate across the board but then top heavy for executives and upper management. The firm needs to do better with matching compensation also with promotions often giving titles with no pay raise. Management needs to distribute profits more fairly to mid-level and entry.
