What makes you most happy at work?My colleagues across different teams. It is easy to know people across different departments and the firm makes an effort to connect people across offices around the globe. Technology and resources are a bit thin but when you work with good people it makes the unbearable easier to ignore.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is below market rate across the board but then top heavy for executives and upper management. The firm needs to do better with matching compensation also with promotions often giving titles with no pay raise. Management needs to distribute profits more fairly to mid-level and entry.
