What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that employee health and dental is covered 100 %, we have a matching 401K with zero vesting and a home office stipend.

Everyone operates with a team player mentality and there is cross-functional collaboration.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is open and fun! Pingboard has a culture committee and we get to virtually interact and plan fun events for employees.
We truly value our culture, we like connecting with one another even though we are remote but the company is intentional ensuring we can get together once a year. I feel respected and safe working here.

What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy when I am challenged and I feel that my work is challenging and relevant to my skillset. But because we're a small start up, I am trusted to get my feet wet with other skillsets that interest me.
Again, the flexibility to take time off when needed, not being micro-managed and autonomy to do my work.
