Pinnacle has overall been a great place to work. I enjoy my fellow associates and feel that we have a great culture. However, as the company has grown, senior management has become paranoid at keeping our culture together. This has resulted in them making some very 'big bank' moves to 'fix' it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I liked the hybrid schedule and flexibility that Pinnacle offered. However, that is being taken away soon.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Firm feels like more than just a place to work. Everyone gets along well and we regularly participate in activities with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management seems to genuinely care about the direction of the company. It is not all about making a profit. They want Pinnacle to be a great place to work.
