Pinnacle has overall been a great place to work. I enjoy my fellow associates and feel that we have a great culture. However, as the company has grown, senior management has become paranoid at keeping our culture together. This has resulted in them making some very 'big bank' moves to 'fix' it.

PNFP has a strong and unique culture for a financial institution. Having joined earlier this year, what I had always heard about PNFP as an outsider has been confirmed. PNFP has an intentional and regular focus on the well being of its associates. Happy associates results in happy clients!

It's been absolute a WOW factor in my life. I work hard, but enjoy what I do and the people I do it with. I can always go home and know I've accomplished something every day...some days in the midst of routine work, it's just a matter of being there for others.

I love my job and wouldn't want to work any where else.

each day is a new day with new challenges that are built on yesterday's successes.

All associates have ownership in the company which promotes tremendous teamwork and equity among associates.

Win as a team...share in the profits at the end of the year in stocks as well as bonus - but they have been well earned and shared with ALL

The teams that do the work, are hard working and supportive. Outside of management, the “worker bees”, support each other. They become friends, not just cowork

We all are wonderful partners, teammates, and friends. We truly all rise each other uo daily and no ine is selfish

They are eager to improve the environment and tenacious in dealing with internal obstacles.

I liked the hybrid schedule and flexibility that Pinnacle offered. However, that is being taken away soon.
