Honestly i dont remember much about it i have been with the comony over 10+ years
Meeting with different managers and associates.
The willingness to learn more about my personal life
Desire to have me talk with senior management and desire to make sure would be a good fit culturally.
Meeting multiple associates from leadership to immediate management . Learning the history and story of Pinnacle.
It's values and behavior based. They assume you can do the job based on your prior experience so it's mostly about fit.
