Executive Bio

Mr. Christopher J. Boever, also known as Chris, has been Chief Customer Officer and Executive Vice President of Pinnacle Foods Finance LLC and Pinnacle Foods Inc. since December 9, 2011 and Pinnacle Foods Group LLC since December 13, 2011. Mr. Boever served as Vice President of Sales at ConAgra Foods Inc., where he led the direct and broker sales organization for the Consumer Division and served as its Vice President of Sales Strategy since 2004. He joined ConAgra Foods in 2007 as Vice President Sales Planning and advanced through positions of increasing responsibility including both planning and operations strategy across a portfolio of frozen, grocery, refrigerated and snack food brands. He served as Vice President of Category Sales for Hormel Foods Corporation from 1991 to 2007 and also served as its Vice President of Sales and Business Development, where he was the strategic link between brand and customer annual operating plan development and execution for the Grocery, Meat and Deli businesses. Mr. Boever served as Regional Director of Western Chains, San Francisco and Team Leader at Albertsons and Safeway and various positions within the Grocery Products Division. He has an extensive sales retail leadership experience and a strong track record of driving growth more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of sales management. He serves as a Member of the Catalina Trade Promotion Advisory Board, CMS Trade Promotion Advisory Board and Member TPM - CPG group. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Trade Promotion Management Association. He has a BA in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater, WI and has attended Executive Management Programs at USC, Stanford and University of Minnesota.
