She served as a Director of Progressive Corp. from 2006 to April 29, 2011. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of Tufts University. She served as a Member of the Strategy Team of IBM. She holds BA from Tufts University, an MA in Education from New York University and an MBA from New York University.
