Software growing, hardware declining
Pitney Bowes Software and their Location Intelligence is growing fast and the Customer Engagement Solutions is growing very slowly.
The part that is growing fastest has the most difficulties, but it's the project that much of the money is going to. The cash cow, long-standing projects are stable, but are there just to fund the new high visibility ones.
