Everyone is aware of and aligned towards achieving our company goals. Everyone is engaged and each quarter we all sign up for company and individual priorities. We all help each other achieve these goals.

The fact that the interviewers sell the company through their own obvious excitement about working for the company. They seem focused more on finding the right personality that will fit the company's culture over past experience alone.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is well aligned and work hard to communicate goals, celebrate team success, and make decisions based on what is best for the customer and the people of the company. Everyone is open to hearing new ideas.
