What do you like best about the leadership team?
So fun good nice and sweet
They're kind, empathetic, and are genuinely interested in helping me succeed.
They have big ambitions in general
Extremely transparent leadership team, employees at all levels in the company have the opportunity to ask leadership questions and learn about our future roadmap.
Transparent and thoughtful leadership, who do seem to truly care about the employee experience and well-being.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Remove the CEO and senior leadership. Bring in business leaders with a track record
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Besides the typical benefits. Having lunch stipends and travel reimbursement benefits are exciting!
Great benefits, above market compensation
Strong base and equity package with a full benefits offering.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
RSUs overvalued, salary is otherwise good. Benefits could be improved (no 401K match)
Being paid what a QC is supposed to be paid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always CEO focused on his own brilliance
Amazing people who are driven to make an impact.
Ways to improve processes with software applications that are already in-place
Remote team with lots of opportunity to build community
Collaborative, light-hearted team that is connected, regardless of geography, and it is clear that everyone is working with best intentions to better the function and overall position of Plaid.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are happy to see each other and seem to be happy in their roles. I believe it's because of leadership, company's principles, and fair compensation that helps build individual pride, which builds onto team morale.
Fast paced startup in growth mode, still enourages WLB with perks like week long company holidays.,
Nice, driven people who are willing to use their ears in addition to their mouth to collaborate together.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Each interviewer seemed interested and cared about who I was, even as a candidate. Asked thoughtful questions about my prior experiences that can correlate into the role I applied for.

Thorough assessment process that is rubric-oriented and non-biased. Great process to showcase your skills.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Genuine interest in diversity of thought and expertise
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my team! The role is exactly what I want and the compensation is the highest I've ever received in any job prior, by far. I'm happy with so many things about working here.
