Mr. Dorvin D. Lively has been the President of Planet Fitness, Inc. since April 28, 2017 and as its Chief Financial Officer since July 2013. Mr. Lively has been the Chief Financial Officer of PFIP, LLC since July 2013. Mr. Lively is a 30-year veteran of corporate finance for various retail and consumer-products companies, leads finance, treasury, financial planning and supply chain functions, as well as strategic and long-term planning. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of RadioShack Corp. from August 15, 2011 to July 2013. Mr. Lively served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of RadioShack Corp. from September 25, 2012 to February 11, 2013. Mr. Lively served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Ace Hardware Corp. from March 20, 2008 to December 2010. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Maidenform Inc. (Maidenform Brands Inc.) from November 2004 to March 17, 2008 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until March 17, 2008. Mr. Lively led the RadioShack's finance, treasury, financial planning, investor relations, supply chain and dealer franchise functions. He served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Toys R Us Inc. since January 2001. Mr. Lively served as Principal Accounting Officer of Toys R Us Inc. From October 1998 to January 2001, Mr. Lively served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Reader's Digest Association Inc. From January 1998 to September 1998, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Silverado Foods Inc. and in a variety of financial management positions with PepsiCo, Inc. He served as a Director of Toys R Us Inc. Mr. Lively is a certified public accountant who began his career with Arthur Andersen. He served as a Professional Accounting Fellow with the Financial Accounting Standards Board and is a member of the Arkansas and Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Society of CPAs in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Mr. Lively received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Arkansas in 1980.
