Punitive management style, upper management creates new roles to obtain higher pay, excellent health care providers don't stay or are pushed out. Lots of disrepect of workers in health centers by upper management. That said, healthcenter workers are incredible & passionate, and patients are lovely!

I'm a liberal and am on the political side of them but they ask alot of political questions and religious ones and it kinda unconstitutional

Interview process consists of a phone interview with HR or a member of senior management. In-person interview will be arranged by hiring manager. There may be a second interview, depending on number of qualified candidates.
