Easier to advance, not overbooked with patients, implementation of servant leadership, better pay for support staff

There is a lack of promotion opportunities so financial increases more often than 1 year would provide necessary incentive to stay long term.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Compassion, expertise, skill, humor, passion to provide excellent care, "we are in this together" approach
Collaborative, engaging, caring, experienced and committed.
We collaborate well together to bring exceptional care to patients.
We all get along and try and make equal decisions so there is fairness in workload
they have excellent knowledge of their duties

A lot of meetings but very intelligent staff and work is generally meaningful

We work wel together and with one another to acheive common goals.

HR is good at asking the questions needed that are related to the job in a way that is comfortable and easy to answer

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I'm a liberal and am on the political side of them but they ask alot of political questions and religious ones and it kinda unconstitutional
There should be fewer interviews and a shorter time between interview and starting dates
