CEO is clueless and HR is toxic

Led by the wrong people that reward hard working smart people with the work that incapable people should be doing. Nearly all of the senior team do not get what priorities matter.

This process is under construction and the new HR team is doing a great job of aligning what we need.

The whole stop/start hiring freeze process kills any talent that could even forgive the horrible reviews the company has.
