What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very new team, still learning the balance between who we were and who we will be, but are transparent in goals and what success they're aiming for.
from what i know, they are good people who have the employees best in mind.
Open, honest and transparent leadership communication. Diversity and inclusion are cornerstones of the company culture.
