I am well paid and I have stock options in the company that I know will be worth a significant amount, because our product is amazing

The compensation package is higher than I had expected when I started with the company and stock options are a great incentive.

No wait period on retirement benefits.

Equity, PTO, self-development program, personal activities contribution

Fair, respectful, competitive and clearly an invitation to continue the journey with Platform.sh

Equipement are sport allowances are fair.

Additional benefits, like wellness program or professional development program.

Covers the basic (medical., dental, vision), but also 401K with match for US; RRSP for Canada. Actively asks employees if they could offer better/more relevant benefits.

Variety of options. Also money for wellness initiatives.

Great insurance, and stock options

Every Platform.sh employees owns stock-options of the company, and get an incentive to success.

I am paid a fair market value for my job...maybe even better.

Salary base, flexibility, work life balance

That it is truly fair based on my skill set and experiences, and takes into account my commitment. I know that some companies pay more, but these typically don't offer stability nor sometimes vision.

I would say the IT compensation for something like a Dell dock or a new screen.

Best part of the compensation package would be uncapped bonuses !
