What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my leadership team treats everyone here as if we are all on the same team. Company hierarchy is not a thing here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accountability, as there are a lot of opinions but timely follow through is lacking.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having equity in the company from day 1 makes me feel like I have a real stake in the game.

Everyone is friendly and people make time for each other.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked having a phone screen (not with a recruiter)to get a feel for the team and talk through initial questions before coming in and getting to learn more.
