Playstudios is a kind environment but needs stronger middle management. Ultra-slow decision making limits progress. Cash compensation is average but fringe benefits are good. Company culture would benefit from more passionate people. Too much nepotism creates political land mines. Rating: B
Management is poor due to lack of consequences. Except to do the job of two people without extra compensation.
Do not be surprised when overlooked for promotions or raises. Many family members work in the company and strong alliances from past work history at other companies.
