How hard is it to get promoted at Zynga?

All depends on department / Studio and who your manager is. When joining at entry level and working hard it is not difficult to get the first few promotions. Once you have reached a certain level it becomes much more difficult which is to be expected as there are fewer positions in the higher levels so the intervals in which you will receive a promotion are much longer.

Yes (Canada, UK, India, Findland, Turkey, and all across the US: Oregon, Souther California, Austin, Chicago, New York, etc.)
What's the office vibe like at Zynga?
Sad. New people come in with hope. Leave sad & beaten by Gibeau, Pincus and the other political vultures, low accomplishment, feet dragging. Sad place for sad people.

It does happen - but in my experience it is fairly rare.
do you enjoy being around your coworkers? or is it forced?
A little of both. The seating arrangement doesn't provide for much privacy and concentration, but also has been good for brainstorming and creativity.
Do u have good healthcare?

It really good - some of the best I've had. Normal price of having a kid is $3K+... it cost us $140.

Is Zynga still in growth mode? I love the fast paced growth mode gaming companies, but I want to make sure Zynga still fits that bill or is it too "Mature"?
